At New Nordic Group we do not only construct a building, we develop a fullservice resort with an on-site management team, restaurants, retail and all the facilities you need at the doorstep. Whether you need to be picked up from the airport or a two-hour Thai massage, our team is there for you.
New Nordic Group currently operates more than ten resorts across the ASEAN. The resorts are offered in five different categories with rooms that vary from three-bedroom apartments to studios: long-term rental apartments, hotels & resorts, water worlds, park concepts and our heritage division. The facilities and services depend on location and project.
The restaurant division carries several brands, ranging from a steakhouse and a healthy bistro to a beach-front restaurant and a bakery. The restaurant division also caters for bigger groups and events in our meeting rooms, rooftops and other alternative locations.
We pride ourselves in having everything you possibly need for your holiday within our resorts, and our retail division is a big part of this program. In our villages, you can find massage outlets and souvenir shops. In some locations, you can also find supermarkets, spas and fitness centers. The retail spaces are both operated by us and third-party lessees.
Our transport fleet offers airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as guided tours and longer trips within Thailand. We offer both VIP and standard car services. We also have our very own yacht named “The Orange Princess”, which is stationed in Pattaya. The yacht is available on request for VIP clients and special events.
In addition to our key services, our maintenance team works to ensure that you have everything you need during your holiday – as well as making sure you have nothing to worry about when hundreds of miles away from your apartment. The team of gardeners, cleaners, security, engineers, painters and more are always on site to follow any requirements and maintenance tasks at the resorts.
